Crochet this small heart pillow and make a big impact on your favorite Valentine. The heart is made by crocheting on each side of a starting chain and uses simple crochet stitches with increases and decreases for shaping. Two hearts are then crocheted together and stuffed to create the pillow. Finally, add the lacy edging. Make the pillows in a variety of colors for the loves in your life.

Fig Leaf Potholder 

Make this fig leaf potholder for tropical kitchens or just to remind you of the tropics in the middle of winter. It's made with bright green size 3 crochet cotton. Two fig leaves are made and then crocheted together to make the potholder thick enough to protect hands and surfaces.




Scrappy Lion 

Crochet this floppy little stuffed lion with band-aids on his leg and chest to comfort a sick child and it will quickly become her favorite toy. His scruffy mane is made from scraps of yarn attached like a fringe around the head.



Basketweave Belt 

The beautifull texture of this belt is created with a basketweave stitch, which consists of a series of front and back post double crochets. Worked with cotton thread, this stylish belt sports a long fringe tipped with beads. A nice addition to any wardrobe!

This perky little schnauzer stuffed dog toy features an adorable fuzzy muzzle and eyebrows. Both the front and back legs can be positioned so that he stands or sits.
 


Mitten Potholder 

The perfect hostess gift for the holidays, this mitten potholder works up quick with kitchen cotton and single crochet stitches. The cuff sports textured double crochet popcorn stitches. The two-layered, hand sized potholder not only protects from burns but looks good doing so.

 




Fried Egg Potholder 

Crochet this potholder that looks like a fried egg for a little fun in the kitchen. A double thickness of cotton yarn protects fingers from burns. The yolk is lightly stuffed.
